Are Some On The Right Guilty Of The Same President Bashing That Occurred From The Left With Bush?
December 4, 2009
It was not that long ago that we all had to sit and listen to Bush bashing from the left and make no mistake about it, it is still going on today. There was nothing that President Bush could do or say but what the left whined, bitched, moaned, complained and just plain bashed. So blatant this was that much of what was being said were lies and yes, things said taken out of context.
Those on the right have engaged in their own levels of attacks on President Obama, myself included. However, I have never had and will never have a problem with anyone attacking issues. But we all know that it goes beyond just issues and can get very nasty.
The other night I watched President Obama’s speech from West Point about his intentions for our military in Afghanistan. I have to confess that this is the first speech I have listened to of Obama and I’ll tell you why. I believe that when it comes to military operations and decisions such as those we as a nation face, politics should not play a role. Read more

The Most Inept Presidential Leader Perhaps Of All Time
October 28, 2009
While our troops are being killed in Afghanistan and Iraq, President Obama keeps telling us he won’t rush into making any decisions to send troops into harm’s way. I ask, “Where does he think they are now?” I’d also like to know why Americans aren’t as angry at this man as I am? While he’s out playing golf and tripping around the globe wasting tax dollars, he refuses to even acknowledge we are at war and our troops stand in harm’s way everyday that he’s teeing off at some golf club. He’s in way over his head and unfortunately our kids are dying while he’s on the job training.
Either I’ve Gone Insane Or The World Has Turned Upside Down
October 9, 2009
Have I gone mad? Gold hits record high; dollar hits record low; Pelosi says we don’t spend enough money; Harry Reid is trying to cheat a bill through Congress nobody will see; We bomb the moon; Obama wins Noble Prize for doing nothing; Obama wants to be friends with Taliban and give them say in Afghan government. What will be next? I’m mad as hell and can’t take it anymore!

U.S. And U.K. Relations In Dire Straights
September 1, 2009
Voters were promised during the last presidential campaign by Barack Obama that he would mend fences and bring the world back together in a rousing rendition of Kumbaya! After all, he told us that it was George Bush’s fault that terrorists didn’t like us and the rest of the world hated us. So how’s that working out?
Not so good, I would have to say. The latest in what seems to be a continual dismantling of any and all foreign relations is our long time friends across the pond in the United Kingdom. We are hearing that the Lockerbie terrorist found guilty of the killing of innocents over Scotland, was released back to Libya in exchange for a lucrative oil deal between Great Britain and Libya. We don’t have all the facts but it sure looks like that played a role in Megrahi’s release. Read more
Peace Through Strength Is Not Pandering To Gadhafi
August 28, 2009
I was just reading Michelle Malkin’s syndicated piece this morning and in her article she points out something that bears a closer look. Her article addresses the path that President Obama has taken this country in, appeasing terrorists and terrorism supporters. At issue is allowing Libyan President Moammar Gadhafi entry into this country in order that he can address the United Nations. This is what Malkin said about Gadhafi: Read more
Sarah Palin Questions Financing Brazilian Oil
August 19, 2009
Yesterday, I asked readers if they shouldn’t be questioning the idea that Barack Obama seemed willing to ship $2 billion of your money off to Brazil to finance the state-run oil business Petrobras. Did that happen?……I mean the questioning.
I’m not the only one who’s questioning the move. So is former Alaska Governor, Sarah Palin.
These environmentalists are putting our nation in peril and forcing us to rely on unstable and hostile foreign countries. Mr. Obama can stop the extreme tactics and exert proper government authority to encourage resource development and create jobs and health benefits in the U.S.; instead, he chooses to use American dollars in Brazil that will help to pay the salaries and benefits for Brazilians to drill for resources when the need and desire is great in America. A Classic Case Of “Not In My Back Yard”?
August 18, 2009
What better way to reduce our dependency on foreign oil than to finance foreign oil exploration. NOT! But that’s what the Obama administration has done. They agreed to either directly loan or loan guarantee $2 billion to a Brazilian oil company, Petrobras, for oil exploration off the coast of that country. The Obama administration is also considering upping that amount.
Shouldn’t we question such a move? The U.S. is cash strapped and are sitting on more oil reserves than Brazil and yet by loaning Petrobras, a state owned oil company, the money, we are creating yet another foreign oil exporting country that can hold that power over us. Read more
