Leslie B. Otten – Candidate For Maine Governor
May 20, 2010

Les wanted to know if I was interested in building on an addition to one of his ski lodges. We walked around the building and peered under a deck where the addition would go, both of us raising several questions about the existing structure. Soon, with Les in his work clothes (dress slacks and dress shirt) and I in mine (grubs), we were both crawling on our bellies through the dust, gravel, weeds, debris and just about everything else one might have the pleasure of finding under a heavily traveled ski lodge deck. I did make a couple of comments about our adventure but I’ll refrain from posting them here. Read more

Newt Gingrich On Obama: “Most Dangerous”, “Completely Misunderstands Reality”
April 12, 2010
Americans got duped when they fell for candidate Barack Obama’s lies and promises. Don’t fall for the same thing as it pertains to the Republicans. They are taking every opportunity to bash Obama and the dems and making promises of their own. When you go to the polls, make sure you really know a candidate and don’t get hoodwinked again.
GE Exploits Reagan Legacy
March 25, 2010
Washington, DC: In response to GE’s recent announcement of its sponsorship commemorating the Centennial Celebration of President Ronald Reagan’s birth, today the Free Enterprise Project of the National Center for Public Policy Research is criticizing GE CEO Jeff Immelt for exploiting Reagan’s legacy to curry favor with conservatives. Who Do We Blame For Our New Socialized Health Care?
March 22, 2010
Liberals in general blame George W. Bush for everything in their lives they dislike or consider a failure. I nearly succumbed to such trivial and meaningless thinking, half with an upturned corner of my mouth and half out of anger and frustration.
Let’s face it. We now have Obamacare because we voted for him to be president out of hatred toward George W. Bush. However, electing Barack Hussein Obama only expedited the inevitable. You and I have sat on our hands for so long now, allowing laws to be passed in this land that are contrary to the U.S. Constitution. I know of nobody in Washington that evens considers the Constitution a worthy document.
This may be our last chance to reverse the tide. If we continue to elect representatives who view our Constitution as nothing but old, worthless history, our future is doomed and will be short lived. We can turn this around but it can’t happen on its own.
The Tea Party Movement Should Stand Alone
February 19, 2010
The TPM has become a powerful force. Why? Because it is of the people and by the people. Because of the TPM business as usual in the political sphere got upended. We saw that in Virginia and New Jersey. When Scott Brown got elected to the Senate seat in Massachusetts, that is when it become clear to me that Republicans didn’t know what the Tea Party Movement was about either. Read more
Taxpayers, Shareholders Should Be Furious Over Olbermann Comments
January 22, 2010
Not only is Olbermann calling for reduced freedom in America, but the company that employs him has been using its own influence to save itself at taxpayer expense, says National Center for Public Policy Research Free Enterprise Project director Tom Borelli. Read more
Obama Regrets Not Telling You What Your Values Should Be
January 21, 2010
Yesterday, Barack Obama interviewed with George Stephanopoulus of ABC News. (Transcript here.) There’s tons of information you can digest about Obama in that interview. I really don’t know why but one tiny bit of his “but what I will tell you” interview, jumped out at me as very revealing of the kind of person our president is. Read more
So Why Did Scott Brown Win In Massachusetts?
January 20, 2010
I watched this last night on the Sean Hannity Show. Michelle Malkin recommends that every democrat leader should watch this video and I agree. However, both Dems and Republicans need to watch this video because it pretty much tells how Brown won. Hello! It isn’t because Americans are becoming more conservative. They’re just not ready for full fledged, one party politics of shoving policy down our throats.
Mississippi Squirrel Revival – Ray Stevens
January 20, 2010
As I watched with great entertainment last night as the election returns came in from the Massachusetts senatorial race between Martha Coakley and Scott Brown, many thoughts raced through my head. I tried all night and woke up a few times during the night, on into this morning trying to think of what this election reminded me of. Then it dawned on me.
Ray Stevens! That’s right. Do you remember the “Mississippi Squirrel Revival”? When Ray was a boy, he snuck a squirrel he had caught into church one Sunday. The squirrel escaped Ray’s box and created quite the uproar in the old church.
I believe if you watch the video, you’ll agree that Scott Brown might just be the squirrel that escaped the box and raised cane in Massachusetts.
Black Conservatives Comment on Brown Victory in Massachusetts
January 20, 2010
Kevin L. Martin: “Scott Brown’s victory in the bluest of traditionally blue states can only be viewed as a complete loss of confidence in the policies of the Obama White House and its allies in Congress. People have tasted the fruits of a government dominated by liberal ideologues and they’ve not found it to their liking. What remains to be seen is if this repudiation has been heard and understood. Will Obama, Pelosi and Reid see the writing on the wall, or will they continue their heavy-handed attempts to ram through their agenda against the will of the people?” Read more

January 19, 2010
Dr. Rex Rammell wants to be Governor of Idaho and he has a plan. I’ll guarantee you his plan is nothing you’ve ever heard before but don’t discount it either. It’s catching on in the Gem State.
